Pesto Tofu

Ingredients:

●1 lb. firm tofu, drained and cut into cubes

●¼ teaspoon garlic powder

●1 tablespoon olive oil

●3 tablespoon pesto

●Pepper and Salt

Directions:

1.In a bowl, add tofu, oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper and toss well.

2.Add tofu to the air fryer basket.

3.Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes. Stir halfway through.

4.Toss tofu with pesto until well coated.

5.Serve and enjoy.
